 From 10:00am  Delegates hotel check in  Novotel Twin Waters Resort.
 11:00am - 5:00pm  Brewery Tours  Tour One: Coastal Hops | Moffat Brewing, Your Mates, 10 Toes and Sunshine Brewing.
     Tour Two: Noose Brewery Trail | Terella, Land & Sea + Noose Heads Distillery, Heads of Noose, Boiling Pot.
 6:00pm  Chairman's Welcome Message  Sunshine Coast Convention Centre.
 6:30pm - 9:30pm  Delegates Welcome Function  Presented by Bintani Australia and Fermentis at the Convention Centre gardens.
 9:00pm - 2:00am  Aqua Bar  Late night bar open for all attendees.
     

Tuesday 31st August

    
 9:00am - 5:00pm  Day One BrewCon 2021  Conference and Exhibition at the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre.
 6:00pm - 10:00pm  Social Night  Various parties and dinners happening at Novotel Twin Waters Resort - more information to come.
 9:00pm - 2:00am  Aqua Bar  Late night bar open for all attendees at Novotel Twin Waters Resort.
     

 WEDNESDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER

    
 9:00am - 5:00pm  Day Two BrewCon 2021  Conference and Exhibition at the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre.
 7:00pm - 10:00pm  Indies Awards Presentation Ceremony  Sunshine Coast Convention Centre Grand Hall.
 9:00pm - 2:00am  Aqua Bar  Late night bar open for all attendees at Novotel Twin Waters Resort.
