Delivery Details for Entrants

Thank you for entering the 2023 Indies.

Please review the following delivery information and choose a delivery option. Use the Incoming Stock Notice to notify our logistics of your stock numbers and delivery location option you have chosen.

1. Complete your 2023 Incoming Stock Notice by Friday 14 July. All entrants must use this form whether they choose to use CHILL or not. Incoming forms submitted after 2:00PM 21/07/23 will attract a late fee of $40.00 per entrant.

2. Print your Indies entry labels specific to each of your entries. Labels have been emailed so if you have not received your labels, please check your spam accounts or email [email protected]

3. Double check your product is eligible for 2023 competition and ensure you send enough stock. 

All beer supplied needs to be in containers compliant with the mandatory labelling regulations outlined here for the beer contained inside. No growlers or vessels containing packaged draught will be judged and entry fees will be forfeited. 

We need a minimum of 4.5L for judging with an even number of bottles/cans. Mixed cases are accepted.
