Volcanic Brewing is a small family-owned Brewery in Toowoomba Queensland. We are seeking a passionate, motivated and experienced Head Brewer to lead our brewing operations. This is an awesome chance for an experienced brewer to take a bit more ownership (and glory!) instead of just being in a production line. In a relatively small brewery with a solid following and plenty of room for growth, as the Head Brewer you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our brewing process, from recipe development to production and quality control. This is a top-to-bottom, hands-on role that requires a production-oriented mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. If you are a creative and highly organised individual with a passion for brewing and a drive for excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. The successful candidate would be employed part time at the brewery and will be enrolled in the Cert 3 Food Processing (Brewery Focus) course at TAFE SA
