Decide who will deliver. For hyper local you could have staff deliver or click and collect. Reach out to your local courier service to see what can they offer, and what are their limitations. Examples of couriers that already deliver alcohol to residential addresses are Fastway, Auspost and Couriers Please, or a service such as Sendle.
Organise your fulfilment.
Will you be fulfilling directly from your brewery and the courier will simply pick up and deliver from there or is managed fulfilment better for your situation where a courier manages the picking packing for you as well.
