Ellerslie Australia is a 4th Generation family owned business that has been growing hops locally since 1932 over that time we have grown to become Australia’s largest independent hop company.

We are committed to offering the highest quality Australian and International Hops, Malts, Extracts and Filtration Equipment to the Premium and Craft Brewing market. Commencing late 2017 Ellerslie will be the Australian agent for the Coopers quality Malt range, complementing our range of Castle Belgium Malts.
