BREWERY TOUR
Brewtique and Fermecraft are thrilled to be sponsoring and hosting the brewery tour at BrewCon this year and are excited to be able to showcase the Brewtique Automation solution powered by Fermecraft at Burleigh Barrels Brewery. Full automation has previously been out of reach for most craft brewers due to the cost, however, by incorporating the Fermecraft automation solution into the production phase of a new brewery Brewtique are now able to offer fully automated brewhouses at a fraction of the cost.
With Brewtique automation, breweries can automate key processes, such as mashing, step mashing, recirculation and lautering, wort run off, CIP through to fermentation and maturation control, resulting in increased efficiency and consistency in brewing operations. 11:15 - Burleigh Barrels – Lunch + Tasting Paddle + beers provided
Brewtique Brewhouse and Fermecraft Automation to host the lunch with Neal Cameron (Brewtique), Warren Bradford (Fermecraft) and Chris Smith (Brewer at Burleigh Barrels) to take everyone through the brewery/automation solution.
1:45pm – Black Hops II
Tasting paddle and tour provided.
3:15pm - Madocke Brewing Company
Tasting paddle and tour provided.
4:30/5pm - drop off Star Casino to the Bintani Delegates Welcome Function.
