He was awarded the Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2017 and its widely regarded as one of Australia’s leading social commentators by business, the media and the broader community.  

Bernard heads The Demographics Group which provides specialist advice on demographic, consumer and social trends for business. Prior to that Bernard founded KPMG Demographics. No mean feat!

He is the man leading property investors, businesses and governments turn to when they need to understand future trends and demographics, a former partner at KPMG and specialises in the business implications of demographic and social change.

Over an outstanding career, Bernard has established an enviable reputation with his acute understanding of market forces and manages to make this all entertaining. The man can also claim that he was also responsible for popularising the smashed avo globally so how can we go wrong!
