Next Tuesday (Feb 16, 2pm AEDT) we’ve got an online Mash Up with Dave Frizzell of Precision Fermentation The focus is on Real Time Fermentation Monitoring for Quality and Efficiency. Dave has a ton of experience in the brewing world, including time with Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers, Trophy Brewing and Starpoint Brewing. He will focus on: Challenges for traditional fermentation methods (including repeatability and efficiency), understanding key metrics of fermentation, the benefits of graphical representation of data, and data correlation.
